I. Mission Statement
The purpose of this Association
is the bring Muslims together from around the world and teach
them the basics of Islam in accordance to the Quran and the
Sunnah, with the understanding of the first three generations
of Muslims, who were the best of all Muslims. These Articles
were originally adopted in March of 2003. Amended February
of 2006 and 2008.
II. Operations/ Board of Directors
Operations of the website shall
be conducted and overseen by its Board of Directors. We agree
that the majority of our Board of Directors will be non-salaried
and will not be related to salaried personnel or to parties
providing services. In addition, the salaried individuals cannot
vote on their own compensation and only the Board can make
compensation decisions

The Directors may have coordinators to assist them in providing services for the Students of the website effectively.

IV. Scholars of the Website Association
All Scholars of this Association have devoted their lives to teaching and calling others to Islam, and most are Imam’s of Masjid’s.
Our Scholars do not belong to, nor are they affiliated with, any sects, groups or political organizations.
Our Scholars base their teachings on the Holy Quran and the authentic Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (saw). They do not follow any schools of thought (Mathabs).
Our Scholars are qualified to entertain questions of Islam, and as with their teachings, all answers are based on authentic evidence from the Holy Quran and the Sunnah (Hadith) of the Prophet Muhammad (saw).
V. Website Association Teachers
The Teachers of our website are all Students of Knowledge who have devoted their lives to helping to call others to Islam.
All of our teachers are affiliated directly with a Shaykh from whom he or she studies under.
Our teachers are well versed in the subject of Aqeedah (Islamic Beliefs).
Our teachers have general knowledge of Islam which includes; the points of the Shahadah, the pillars of Islam and the Articles of Faith.
Our teachers also have general knowledge of Quran, Hadith, Shariah, Seerah and Fiqh.
VI. Speakers
Being that our Association is one that depends on the Internet, all speakers must have the following skills.
This applies to our Scholars and teachers as well:
* They must have the ability to speak plainly and loudly
* They must speak English clearly
* They must be capable of avoiding questions of political or non-Islamic nature
* They must know how to avoid confrontation
VII. Moderators of the Website Association
Moderators are also people whom have dedicated their selves to the cause of Islam, and their job is to maintain an Islamic learning Environment in the VoiceChat room.
All Moderators have the ability to Kick, Ban and Mute individuals.
VIII. Classes and Lectures
All classes and lectures are free, however donations are accepted.
Our teams of Scholars approve all materials used to teach from.
Books and handouts used in the classes are sent out through email.
Exams are offered upon completion of a topic, and although they are optional, we encourage our students to take them.
IX. Certification
Effective January of 2006, Dawah Certification in various areas of Aqeedah (Belief) will be given. To receive certification the student must be a regular user and have successfully completed both the written and oral presentation part of the exam.
XI. Fees and costs
There are no fees, membership dues or costs to join our website Association. However if you would like to make a donation to aid us in our costs, you may.
XII. Conclusion
These are the guidelines set up in association with our website. They may be amended if the need arises to do so.
